To be eligible to enter the competition entrants must:
be over 18 years of age;
sign up to hear about TransferMate at SAP Concur Fusion in Orlando between 15th – 17th March 2022;
comply with these terms and conditions; and
tick the box to confirm they wish to be entered in the competition.
Directors, officers, employees, contractors or agents of Transfermate Limited or any TransferMate subsidiaries, affiliates or advertising or promotional agencies and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
Only one entry is allowed per entrant.
The winner shall be selected by draw to be made anonymously by a member of the TransferMate Team. No correspondence will be entered into.
The prize are state of the art earpods which retail for approximately €199. There shall be 1 prize delivered to the entrant named on the entry form. No alternative prize or cash prize will be offered.
Entry into this competition shall be deemed to be a full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant of the terms and conditions of this competition.
The winner will be notified by email. Notwithstanding that a winner has been declared, if TransferMate discovers before the distribution of the prize that for any reason under these terms and conditions a winner should have been ineligible to enter the competition or if the entry should have been declared invalid, TransferMate reserves the right to determine that a winner is disqualified.
In the event that a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the winner notification within 7 days of notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
TransferMate does not accept liability for any breakdowns, faults, accidents or technical complications arising in relation to this defective goods or services won as prizes.
TransferMate reserves the right to amend, withdraw or terminate the competition or alter the specification of the competition or substitute any prize with another without prior notice.
Entrants consent to the disclosure of their name as a winner (if successful). The winners may be required to take part in publicity. TransferMate reserves the right to use information relating to competition winners, including their names and the contents of their submissions, in any publicity.
The promoter is Transfermate Limited, a company registered in Ireland under registration number 477669, having its registered address at IDA Business Park, Kilkenny, R95 ETN5 Ireland.
