Product Updates September 2021

Welcome to our latest product updates blog—a way to ensure you get the most out of TransferMate by quickly discovering our newest features and enhancements. Here’s what our team has been working on since our last update.  

Entity Management

The Entity Management feature gives you the ability to switch between your various companies (entities) to perform actions, such as sending or requesting payments. Previously, only master users could switch between different entities without logging in with different credentials. We have increased the scope of Entity Management with our latest updates and now any user can be given access to multiple entities. Allowing them to log in once and switch between them to perform various actions.  

Incoming Payment Requests 

The Incoming Payments Requests feature enables you to view and settle incoming payment requests from other TransferMate users. We have enhanced this experience by making UI improvements that make it easier to review incoming requests and make payments. You can also now pay multiple payments requests at once rather than having to pay incoming requests one by one.  

These improvements will help streamline your company’s accounts payable process and provide total visibility over vendor invoices from receipt to payment. 

Additional security measures for PaymentsHub customers 

Our PaymentsHub customers may have noticed a recent enhancement to our platform. 

reCAPTCHA helps protect websites from spam and abuse. A “CAPTCHA” is a test to differentiate between humans and bots. By adding reCAPTCHA to the PaymentsHub platform, we can block automated software and make the TransferMate platform more secure for our customers. 

If you see a green tick, congratulations! You have passed our robot test and can carry on with what you were doing.
