Reduce admin time by allowing beneficiaries to enter their own payment details through a secure, tokenised portal link.
Track submission progress, review completed profiles, and approve new beneficiaries quickly via the TransferMate platform.
Upload your logo, set email preferences, and choose who sends the request—TransferMate or your own team.
Dual-factor authentication, single-use links, and IPID verification (where available) ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collecting beneficiary details has never been easier. With a simple workflow and secure access, your payees handle the data entry - so you don’t have to.
From your TransferMate dashboard, enter the beneficiary’s name, email, and mobile number. Choose whether TransferMate or your own team sends the request.
A tokenised, one-time link is generated and sent to the beneficiary’s email. This link is time-limited and secured with two-factor authentication (2FA).
The beneficiary receives the link and, upon clicking, is sent a unique PIN code via SMS to their mobile number. This verifies their identity before accessing the portal.
The payee fills in their bank account details, address, and any required compliance information. Where supported, TransferMate verifies the data instantly using iPiD.
Once submitted, you’re notified immediately. You can review, approve, or reject the beneficiary details from within the ‘Request to Add Beneficiary’ tab in your dashboard.
Upon approval, the beneficiary is activated and available to use for transactions—without any manual data entry or back-and-forth.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our team - we're always happy to talk.
The Beneficiary Portal is a secure, self-service platform where your payees can directly enter and submit their bank account details - eliminating the need for you to collect, store, or verify this information manually.
You add a beneficiary’s name, email, and mobile number in your TransferMate dashboard. A secure, tokenised link is sent to the payee, who then verifies their identity and submits their bank details via the portal.
Yes. The portal uses a single-use, tokenised link with a short lifespan and requires multi-factor authentication, including a PIN sent to the payee’s mobile. Full audit trails are captured, including IP address, browser, and timestamp.
Once the payee submits their details, they’re securely stored in TransferMate’s database and verified using IPID (where supported). You’ll be notified and can then review and authorise the beneficiary within your dashboard.
Absolutely. You can upload your company logo, set a custom portal URL, and choose whether the portal email is sent by your team or directly by TransferMate.
Yes. IPID verification must be enabled for your account before activating the Beneficiary Portal. Our support team can assist with setup if needed.
Yes. You can upload a file containing multiple beneficiaries and send bulk requests. Each payee will receive an individual secure link to complete their details.
Not directly. If a payee needs to update their bank details, you must cancel the original request and send a new one, which generates a fresh, secure link.
The PIN can be resent up to four times within a 24-hour window. After five failed attempts, the payee will be temporarily locked out and must wait 24 hours before retrying.
No. The Beneficiary Portal only streamlines the collection of payee bank details. All other transaction and reconciliation processes remain unchanged.
