Step 1. Once signed into PaymentsHub, click the ‘Payment Methods’ menu item where you will be presented with a list of available Global Accounts.

Step 2. Scroll down and select ‘Add a Global Account with Bank Details’. Alternatively, click on the desired currency and add a Global Account from there.

Step 3. Select your desired currency, accept the terms and conditions, and click ‘Add’.

Step 4. Your account is instantly opened, and you can see all the details.

how to add funds to a global account

You have two ways to add funds to any of your Global Accounts. Either make a payment from your bank, or make a payment via PaymentsHub.

Option 1 - via your Bank

Step 1. Make a payment into your Global Account from your banking platform using the provided details on PaymentsHub.

Option 2 - Directly via PaymentsHub

‍Step 1. If you have an account already set-up on PaymentsHub, go to ‘Manual Payments’ and pay into your Global Account by selecting it as a beneficiary.

Step 1. Go to your Global Accounts by selecting ‘Payments Methods’.

Step 2. Select the Global Account you wish to move funds from (the account must have sufficient funds) and click ‘Convert’.

Step 3. Enter the amount you want to convert, select the destination currency, and choose the Global Account you want to send it to. You’ll be provided with a live FX rate and, once happy, click ‘Convert’.

Your funds will arrive instantly to the destination Global Account.
