TransferMate’s Beneficiary Portal is now available for all API clients, giving you a seamless way to collect accurate beneficiary details at scale. Instead of manually gathering sensitive bank information, you can trigger branded, secure portal links directly from your integration, allowing beneficiaries to enter their details in minutes.

By capturing data straight from the source, the portal reduces formatting errors, failed payments, and back‑and‑forth admin. Bulk uploads let you request details for large volumes of beneficiaries at once, ensuring cleaner data, fewer returns, and faster payout processing.

With country‑specific fields, two‑factor authentication, and verification, the portal ensures every beneficiary is ready to pay with minimal manual input for TransferMate API-enabled clients, helping you scale efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Then, instead of your team collecting sensitive bank details via email or phone, you can invite the beneficiary with a secure portal link, allowing them to complete the form’s bank details in minutes. How does the Beneficiaries Portal process work?

*Once configured, users have access to the new tab, "Request to Add Beneficiary".*

1. Create a request: Enter the beneficiary’s name, email, and phone number. Then add a reference if needed.

2. Send a secure link: The beneficiary receives an email with a unique link to your dedicated portal page.

3. Beneficiary self-service: Your beneficiary enters their bank details and confirms the information. The portal supports country-specific fields to help avoid formatting mistakes.

4. Review and pay: You can view the submitted client details inside your dashboard, authorize the beneficiary, and book a payment.

5. Optional verification: Where enabled, the flow can connect to Account Verification to add an extra check before funds move.*
