TransferMate has launched a product update for its partners using embedded API solutions in the Education sector. The new API dashboard is designed to provide partners and their clients with clear, real-time visibility into every student payment made through the solution in this initial stage of a wider release.
For the first time, TransferMate Education API partners can now access a dedicated dashboard that centralizes all inbound student payments, regardless of payment method. Users can easily filter payments by bank transfer, credit cards, and alternative payment methods (APMs).
What’s included in the API dashboard

TransferMate’s API dashboard provides a detailed view of each transaction, including:
- Transaction ID and Reference Number
- Student Name and Country
- Paid Amount (in sender’s currency)
- Payable/Received Amount (in recipient currency)
- Payment Method and Type (e.g., Visa Debit, AMEX)
- Registration and Payment Dates
A key feature is the dashboard’s filtering capabilities. Users can search for payments via the API using a reference number or keyword to identify specific transactions. Additionally, all data can be exported as an Excel report for easier integration with internal systems or CRM platforms.
This update offers partners and their underlying clients a consolidated view of payments made through their API, featuring a modern, user-friendly interface that displays payment statuses (e.g., pending, registered, paid), thus providing clients with greater control over reconciliation and record-keeping.
Who can use the new API dashboard?
The dashboard is available to all TransferMate Education API partners and clients. While some partners will use a single dashboard to view all student payments, other partner platforms can request individual dashboards for each of their client universities.

What’s Coming Next
Through Q3 2025, we’ll launch further updates to the dashboard, bringing in:
- Detailed analytics and insights on payment performance
- Block payment visibility, breaking down lump-sum transactions (e.g., agent payments for multiple students) into individual student records
- Sub-user permissions, enabling multiple users from a partner or institution to log in under unique credentials
These upcoming features will enable partners to drill deeper into data trends, enhance operational efficiency, and provide better support to their students.
